FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe’s leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 are now available on its website at www.fireangeltech.com and will be posted later today to those shareholders registered to receive physical copies along with details of the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”).
The AGM will be held at 11.00 am on 30 June 2023 at the Company’s offices, Vanguard Centre, Sir William Lyons Road, Coventry CV4 7EZ.
